InTouch FZE is happy to confirm developing of it's own XML-based Phone Book for Cisco 3xx and 5XX phones and integration with Internet Control Server (as a web-xml-server) and InTouch SIP-enabled office phone packages. Solution allows implementation and usage of enterprise-wide Phone-book with unlimited records for local extensions and external numbers, managed from one browser interface console. All the records in Phone-book are immediately accessible on all Cisco phones and end-users are able to search and browse entries right from Cisco Phone interface. Solution will be extended and standardized to use other brands like SNOM, Mocet, GrandStream, Polycom etc...
