InTouch FZE have finalized IP phones connectivity solution implementation for 4 Dubai offices of EuroVision Technology. 4 Offices are provided with internal telephony and around 30 Cisco IP phones, IVR, city phone gateway exit on 12 analogue telephone lines for all offices. Solution based on Internet Control Server (ICS, OpenVPN implementation and allow interconnection of the office networks as well as voice conferencing and voice fail-over at the same time. Telephony is installed with strict rules adherence of UAE Telecommunication Agency - TRA.
