We are happy to share developing of it's own XML-based Phone-book for Cisco 3xx-5XX phone models and integration with ICS (Internet Control Server - as a web-xml-server. note: any Apache, Nginx or any other PHP enabled web server could be used) and InTouch SIP-enabled office phone packages. Solution allows implementation and usage of enterprise-wide Phone-book with unlimited records for local extensions and external numbers, managed from one browser interface console. All the records in Phone-book are immediately accessible on all Cisco phones and end-users are able to search and browse entries right from Cisco Phone interface. Solution to be extended and standardized to use other brands like SNOM, Mocet, GrandStream, Polycom etc...
